She's great in pretty much any roll, but I find her easier top lane and Mid lane. I've had a lot of success going against top laners by taking Grasp of the Undying/Doran's shield and starting with her W. The reason is, your 3rd auto does good dmg early on and also gives you health! Then you just split push for days! I normally take HP items with AP and then farm farm farm!

Yeah, Neeko is sleeper OP. She's got strong AOE CC. High AOE burst. She's highly mobile while being ranged. She has a shield and 3-hit passive thrown in just because. And she's incredibly easy to play
