New mechanic idea

Healing/Shielding is running rampant across the board in league right now, whether it be the over abundance of sheilding and healing from support's and their items or the extremely excessive lifesteal that ADC and many fighter's obtain. Some have even complained about Hextech Gunblade, and while the item is balanced for it's intended user's, the unintended user's make this item worth complaining about.

But, what if there was an item or a champion(most likely a champion's ultimate) who had an effect like one of these. (Just examples to get people's gear's turning, i'm not suggesting these as actual effects i just want us to discuss it.)

  1. For the next X seconds, "Champion Name" ignores a target's shields.
  2. For the next X seconds, any attempt at healing from X champion is dealt to them as a percentage of the healing instead.
  3. Increase the effect of grievous wounds by giving an item built for hybrid assassins that not only inflicts it but increase the percentage it reduces by a certain amount.
  4. A champion ability that stops an opponent from obtaining any healing for a short time.

Keep in mind if a champion did have any of those abilities i'm pretty damned sure it would be an ultimate, but as we all know when healer's and healing/shielding is too strong in league of legends, it often results in a very toxic gameplay environment and by that i mean its not fun. Having your support not building Redemption costing you a game, having to deal with a Mundo who just won't take any damage(hasn't happened in quite some time but we all remember when it does), or dealing with ADC's who seem to have infinite health. It might be nice to get something to counter them that way meta's where healing, shielding and lifesteal are extremely strong won't happen as easily anymore. Whether it be through a new Champion with that ability or through a couple new items that help it out, i think it would be a nice addition to the league of legends.

I love it! I know what you mean and I have felt the same way for a long while now
