I will be stomped regardless if I was winning lane before him buying the item or not. It is just stupid. And the same doesn't happen when you build zhonyas because the item is nearly pure defensively

Also, zhonyas active actually needs a brain to be used. Hex/Maw passive actives whenever you need, and the permanent passive until out of combat maw passive is just plain stupid
