What changed and meta picks deserve nerfs? damage? no.Popularity.

Its something that i really hate about Riots philosophy on the subject,why wait for a hero to become meta in order to nerf him ? Why Vladimir didnt receive any nerfs after his rework and once he became meta (2 years later) received a nerf? He was just as broken as before,unkillable in lane,monster mid and especially late game,what changed? The runes? please thunderlords=Electrocute,its the same shit like 2 years before,NOTHING CHANGED.NOTHING.

Why does it take so long for a champion to get nerfed?

Because he does not terrorize so many peoples games?

Why can a Malphite fucking win every single ad top laner WITH 0 DAMAGE ITEMS? Do you really think he does not deserve a nerf? If you think so wait until he becomes meta and starts receiving his well deserved nerfs,and no,i dont hate the champion,i dont like top lane though but when i get top lane i play malphite if they have an AD champion and his damage output compared to the skill it requires and his incredible broken tank stats is fucking unbelievable,i can not believe he has not received any nerfs.

And thats something that i really hate about the game,and in my opinion if they nerfed unpopular broken champions the game would have never been so snowbally . Also something else i hate is the buffing and buffing and buffing and buffing of a champion until it becomes a pick or ban pick and then they nerf it to ashes.

I can assure you there will be nerfs coming to Brand and Swain since they now considered "meta" and ok with Swain,he is relatively new,but Brand? he is the same as 2 years ago,same case as Vladimir,he was terrorizing bot lane,then they kinda buffed him for some weird reason and now,after more that half a year they will 100% nerf him,why? Because his popularity went up.Like he wasnt broken before ?

Why wait Riot until a champion becomes popular in order to balance it? Why wait Riot until people start complaining about a weak champion and then after all that time take a look at it?
