It's great that Riot is finally going to address Yasuo, BUT....

WHY DID IT TAKE YOU SO DAMN LONG TO DO IT? WHY DID YOU EVEN ALLOW HIM TO BE RELEASED AS HE IS?

Seriously, how many threads and complaints have been leveled against him before and after? You guys read them and they went ignored. It's freaking sad that it took the ten ban system and for him to be banned or double banned in nearly every single game for you guys to finally admit that he needed a rework and that nerfs were simply not enough. That his strength or weakness in numbers didn't matter, it was how annoying he was to face.

The situation of Yasuo is a prime example of how the community thinks you don't listen to them or that it takes you too long before you finally do address problems. You only prove them right.
