What if we brought that back on a newer champion like a support where when they execute a minion with their auto attacks now and then via their passive, they buffed their team around with a mini varus passive, or something similar.
It would create a neat concept to build comps around and when to pick this said character.

Yeah screw that shit. I'd rather have better examples of gameplay like Cho Gath StonePlate R than execute your minions and buff attack speed. Executing your own minions??? Next we'd have to eat trees to regain health. It's lazy and unintuitive game design, much like % health damage on infinitely scaling spells, or three dashes on a champion, or a point and click nuke and stun on a top lane bully.
And I remember milk being much cheaper and computers that used to be big as a living room and being only able to calculate basic math equations that today's calculators do....
