My recommended nerf for BOTRK is to hit the lifesteal.

This post is assuming that riot wants to nerf BOTRK. I don't want to get into the "but does it need a nerf" argument

I saw a post while ago that stated that there is no reason to buy Bloodthirstier if BOTRK is currently powerful, and we are starting to see this come into affect. I've checked champion.gg and a lot of ADCs are now taking BOTRK instead of bloodthirstier, because the lifesteal is 75% of BT but with the other additional stats, tank shred, lower cost, and active. I will admit that not all ADCs have made the switch and some are building both BOTRK and BT but if they are building both BOTRK is build as a 1st-2nd item and BT is build as a 4th-5th.

Lifesteal on BOTRK should be nerfed if Riot wants to make it a niche anti tank option again, or else it will be superior to BT. ######they could just gut the items damage and reduce it to a shell of its former self and have it be crappy too but that's a bad idea.
