Even today, we still have people screaming for Ahri buffs and Tristana nerfs.
Should Riot listen to those people too? If not, where should the line be drawn? If we're listening to some questionable feedback, why not listen to all of it? Or should we just balanced by listening to whichever group screams the loudest?

Except they are a small, small, tin foil wearing minority. No one listens to them and rightfully so. But when the vast majority of the community is effected by certain gameplay changes than there is a problem that needs to be addressed.
Holy shit, you must have not played many games.
Actually I'm quite certain that I've played at least twice as much as you ;) Before attackign a person better check them out, else you sound like a douche.
I never said I played many (nice assumption there), nor was I attacking you (not playing many games makes someone inferior?). I said what I said because you were making a factually incorrect statement and I chose to point it out in the same sarcastic exaggerated way that you used in your OP.
More relevantly, among the game developers that published popular games that are at LoL's level, please name those that listened to player's feedback. I guess compared to Blizzard, Valve, EA, Nexon etc., Riot listened to player feedback the least amirite?
