Yuumi literally gives nothing to them

her peel power is close to 0 which is essential to all of them they synergise with attack speed, and gain almost nothing from AD and AP, take Kog for instance his damage comes from high attack speed combined with W + phantom hit + unique passives from items, AD or AP on him won't change anything.

Compared to Lulu who has better peel, bonus attack speed + ardent + bonus on hit damage Yuumi should not be picked with on hit adcs

Yuumi is best on adc's with lots of front loaded damage. I have yet to try her next to a Draven, but I've used her with an Ezreal and miss Fortune. It's insanely good.
