tips on ekko mid

i used to have 3 mid laners as mid was my main role and

now with Lux the only one still remianing viable in the mid lane im looking to learn a new mid laner and i choose

only problem is have having trouble laning

i hear tank ekko is good now. and ive check out a few guides and i know is a core item.. but being that im seeing epople differn from first back or first back

i also hear that is the best start on him

any any akko mid players give me some tips

i know he is good the the jungle but i have enough junglers atm
