Whats the counter play against LeBroke?

So Riot wants champs to have some counter play against them, so what do you do against a LeBroke when you lane with Viktor? She basically ports on you, deletes you before you can even attempt to poke her down. Now I can do good levels 1 - 3, I even managed to get a kill, but once she gets some gold, buys some items, steals a few kills around the map, Im useless against her.

LeBroke can basically port on anyone, kill them, and get away. Tons of mobility and with one of the best passives in the game, she needs some nerfs. It's no wonder why she is banned almost every game in the Asian tournaments, and when she isn't for fluke chance, she's snatched up as a pick instantly. Riot, it's nerf time.

One thing to keep in mind is that you're not necessarily meant to win every match up. Leblanc does - and should - have an advantage over you in a 1v1 (particularly if she gets the jump on you), and because of the nature of laning, you have to deal with that advantage for some time. But then later on, playing as Viktor, you bring WAY MORE AOE damage to teamfights, as well as an AOE stun. Plus, Viktor's passive finds power mid/late game, so you can expect that his laning phase isn't really his time to shine.

Now, understanding that, look for opportunities outside of just "winning" your lane in the sense of killing your opponent. You can gank, ward the enemy jungle (and then go for kills or counterjungling with your jungler), and push the lane (by which I mean quickly clearing/shoving and then backing off).

The inverse of this thread might be a Leblanc player posting about how she can't carry a game against Viktor's who eventually roll her entire team.

You'll never see that. But regardless, I think she is / or is close to being the number 1 pick in tournaments right now in the west. She needs nerfs done. In a team of good players, all you need to do is nuke 1 character to make it a 4 on 5, and then wait 4 seconds for CD's, and nuke again.
