We need a new team builder

I don't know about anyone else, but have you ever just opened league and thought to yourself, i just wanna play X champion today, and lord and behold, X champion is constantly banned/picked or you dont get a role which X champion works in? this is about 90% of why I even play league, i just wanna play a specific champ, im sick of being forced to either dodge a que or play someone i have 0 interest in playing at that time Like right now, the current systems are honestly toxic imo, your forced to play how the game dictates rather then what you want, which severely slashes away player enjoyment, like draft is shit, blind is shit, there is no way to actually play the champ you want to play/practice unless its in custom or bots, and lets be honest, bots is boring asf and custom...well not everyone has friends playing 24/7, where is that one mode that lets you play what you want w/o worry of it being prevented/taken?
