@Rio Why wasn't one of the mages in most desperate need of change,not looked at?
Im talking about 
the donger,the heimer, the heimerdonger
Eventually Heimerdinger will end up just like Yorick Mori well he kinda is when you think about it...Frustrating Laning Phase,then not much out side of it
and do not shit me with a reason like "uhhhh its because he has hur dur toxic super high no lane interaction wave clear" when shit like 
and 
are allowed to exist
Although I think Heimer fits the bill has a scientist,so he has an identity and he fits it
Problems with him
-Lets be honest,his turrets are more of a joke then the post-marksmen update towers
-His passive is out of place,Its like the one ability that doesn't fit with him thematically and seems extremely underwhelming
-He is to easily countered and barely counters anything himself,Hard engage junglers or simple AOE just destroys heimer also, 
or 
can be devastating for a heimer
Things that i consider good -Outside of the laning phase he isn't the most unhealthy champion,his semi hard to land skill shots are great and should remain so -His ultimate has good options,A team fight stun/heavy slow,his Ult'd W can 1 shot most squishies even if they have defensive items,His Q is great in case you get caught out you plop it down and Zhonya's its also great for zoning

depending if they are stacking HP/magic resist or not. Liandries helps you spread through HP but ludens gives you nice burst, movement speed to run and always applies rylais on everything being hit by ludens stacks, making slow fields everywhere. I usually get the other one right after the other because I love both items on heimer.

depending on how much Magic resist they have.

if you are being dove and insta killed by assassins, but I rarely get this item to be honest.
