My Wukong history and gameplay update suggestion

I started playing League of Legends after season 1, but before season 2.

Wukong was my first champ and has always been my favorite champ. I loved Riven and Darius on release, but they're no Wukong.

I toughed it out with Wukong during seasons where Riven, Darius, Mordekaiser were meta picks top lane and Warwick, Udyr, Xin Zhao dominated jg. So for seasons 2, 3, 4 I was bronze 5.

Wukong was also the only champ I could win lane against Talon. After assassin rework all of my mid laners can poo on Talon.

Season 5, i made it to Diamond 4 after placing Bronze 5 again with 200 more ranked losses than wins. Fell back down to Gold 1, then got permabanned. Tasting diamond then going back to gold flipped my rage switch. Probably should have taken a break lol

New account S5, S6 still a Wukong main. High gold, low diamond. I don't remember when it happened (I think it was after the Duskblade unseen change happened), I started get flamed every game for building Wukong the way I always had . Always was criticized, but it worked for me. Apparently, Wukong wasn't a fighter/tank (diver/vanguard) any anymore but a full blown armor pen/lethality assassin. Arguing to much about this got another permaban.

New account, new Wukong... bronze again. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

Rose back to low gold until Death's Dance became staple for marksmen (7.9 patch) with most supports taking Locket & Redemption then dropped to silver. Glass Wukong couldn't instagib squishies and vanguard Wukong was getting melted before his ult ended. Another permaban. Yes, the rage in this guy is real.

New account, finish S7 in bronze. Place bronze S8. New account, place high silver. Currently Gold 1 and in my promos.

I never get bored playing Wukong but his kit is extremely outdated, not having a single hard change since his release.

How to update Kong.

1. His AS buff on E is unnecessary. Remove the AS buff and transfer his armor shred from Q.
2. His passive should be on his ult. Move stone skin to R active and give him a new passive.
3. Q was only for armor shred which is now on E. Give him a new Q effect like adding decoy behind target that works exactly like W decoy. Make both decoys do 1.0AD. W) 2 seconds of invisibility with a ms buff.
