Here's what you do. Pick Nasus. Build resistances against your laner straight away if you aren't able to get close to farm away from tower. Proceed to not give a shit what they do to you because you are able to heal anything they do to you afterwards since they can't do damage to you anymore. Example. If you want to beat Teemo then rush negatron cloak and build straight into spirit visage. He can't do shit to you after that. Yes I know negatron cloak does not build into spirit visage but it's cheap and gives strong magic resistance early that you can build into a zz'rot portal with.

Okay. Except you're playing a historically oppressive as fuck champion. You don't get to complain about oppressive matchups against you when those are the only champions that don't suffer against you.
