a question for higher elo ziggs players

i dont play ranked anymore. but my skill lvl is between silver 3 and gold 5. (probably siver 4 on mid lane because i need to get better at CSing again, since i have been mostly playing jungle as support)

i have read a bunch of guides for champion matchups but i wanted to ask something in particular that i haven't seen in any guides.

first question is.. vs divers like

what would your opinion be about getting a few more points in my E before maxing my Q?

every time they "trade" me they need to get within melee range and as long as i stand on top of my E the trades usually don't go TOO bad. (i mean, i still lose the trade, but at least i got some good damage on them too) but i was wondering if getting an extra point or two in E early would help at all

also. what on EARTH do i do vs . (i don't PICK ziggs when i see him but i still get counter-picked sometimes) his skill range is as long as mine is and if i even get close enough to CS with autos i take a shit ton of damage. i can manage to not feed him, but at the cost of 8 min him having double my cs...

as for enemy junglers.

the one i have the biggest issue with are

pre-6 i can drop E under me and that will slow him down enough after he alpha's me for me to W away.

but if he uses his ulti, the E wont slow him. or if he waits to use alpha until after i try to satchel away.. i really don't know how to escape him.
