Why Riot make the Xp from lvl 1 to 30 so much again?

They fix that around 2 years ago and they were making that you need around 150 games in order to hit lvl 30

Now they make it again that you need 300 games in order to hit lvl 30...

Why this company have become so greedy? do they really need to sell xp boost? i mean they dont nake enough money or what?

Why a new player would need 300 games in order to be lvl 30? in who in his right mind though that this was a good idea?

I just dont get it this game become worst and worst for veteran players and it become a grind fest for new players...
