Can Fiddlesticks' fear deal 10,000 damage?

To scuttle crab that is. That guy is a fucking god when it comes to escaping Fiddle. It takes a full minute to kill it. I can do dragon at level 2 in the same amount of time. That sounds like a slight issue. I'm not saying it needs damage (that'd be silly), but some MR lowering to monster would be nice.

Fear him when he gets close to the baron / dragon pits, that typically jacks up his path and makes it easier to land a full drain on him. If not just make sure you plan you drain tether to last in case of his flight.
