Pyke Might Be a Good Top Lane
Okay, so I may be a total fuckin hard stuck scrub, but I have been scrambling to figure out a way to unstick myself from the perpetual hell that is bronze and silver.
And I may have stumbled onto a solution.
Pyke..in the top lane.
Hear me out before you're like, "You dumb as hell, that's dumb as hell. Fuck you.'.
He closes the gap on any ranged match up, out maneuvers any melee match up, escapes ganks easily, has the CC to almost guarantee a kill when an ally ganks top, has the mobility to roam and help others while still being back in time to defend top turrets, and has built in sustain for added survival.
The only real downside to him in this position is his lack of wave clear. But what appears to be a weakness can actually be made into a positive. If enemies are pushing into his turret, it makes his job assassinating them easier. And Pyke doesn't care at all if an ally who helped him in lane takes some farm, because he will likely make more than enough gold in kills and assists.
