13 out of the 16 adcs have a sub 50% win rate atm

With twitch just about sitting above with a 50.7%, MF at 54% and Ez at 56.99%.

So yeah you can stop complaining about about adcs being "too strong" when the class is clearly struggling again.

Poor jinx is at 47~46% now since she loses lane to everyone and game ends before she can do anything (and she gets 1 shotted by everything).

Btw lethal tempo and the warlords keystones are hilariously bad atm, they both need buffs so they can compete with PtA, lethal tempo is supposed to be better on pure AA/hyper carries but its actually worse than PtA even on them, too unreliable/delay is too high and you just randomly waste it too much since it for some reason procs on spells out of AA range.
