AOE silence applies to melee only. Missed hook, suddenly all the ranged pokes come out.

Shaco is an amazing split pusher after 30 mins and still a decent assassin when played correctly.

My friend, you have no winning argument. Blitz is one of the weaker supports. Compare him to any of the ones commonly used: Braum, Nami, Janna, Thresh. They all have huge utility. Blitz does not.

Realistically, Blitz is a one-trick pony. He's a disabler. If you compare him to, say, Janna, there's no competition. Janna can shield her ADC, heal him, and disrupt with 3 of her abilities. Blitz is not OP, regardless of his scaling.

That is a lie for Shaco. He doesn't "fall off" late game, as once he has full build he can instantly murder a squishy with a backstab Q. Shaco has the problem that he has an AMAZING early game, then a nonexistent mid game (not enough damage to kill anything, not enough safety to try and assassinate, not enough utility to help teamfights much). His late game is not particularly bad, but his mid game is so bad and long that he almost never reaches that late game.

i know what u r talking about, but im not sure if he scales 100%on his ult=if that is then: yay with 1 rod of agies +at least 15 ability power that ultimate do alot of dmg but:it is not commonly of using ability power on blitz so dont expect every one respecting about ur point, but i will understand u

His Q needs a longer windup time, slower projectile speed, smaller range or smaller hitbox. Compared to other hooks on champs like Nautilus, Leona, Thresh, etc. it's much better by far. Bringing an enemy champ all the way to you is something unique to Blitz, and landing a hook is essentially a guaranteed kill if the enemy champion doesn't have Flash. Risk / reward is extremely unbalanced when he has plenty of time to try and hook from 925 units away before running off to wait out his cooldown for another no-risk grab.

That's my main concern.

He needs a rework. Asides from the 1.0 AP ratios he shouldn't have, he is stupidly strong at zoning champions and is extremely reliant on Q to do something meaningful.

Lane-changing, not game changing.

Late game, your pull can be game changing... if you accidentally pull their Amumu into your team. You aren't going to land hooks on good teams, because their carries won't be so exposed.
