Blind should either not be QSS-able, or it should break The Culling

Blind are considered CC(disable) as they inhibit your ability to use basic attacks, and thus are QSS-able, which is fine.

However, The Culling is interrupted by cc effects that inhibit your ability to use basic attacks - thus it will continue through silence, but not through entangle, unlike a channel - and it's not interrupted by blind. If blinds are considered as not inhibiting your ability to use basic attacks - only as making it deal 0 damage - they are a debuff, as blinded champion is still "free to do anything they wish" and should not be removed by Quicksilver.

Similarly, several abilities tied to basic attacks will still proc through blind - rolling thunder and devastating charge - what is not only inconsistent with blinds being QSS-able (since it means basic attacks ARE being proced after all), but also with behavior of other abilities like ruthless predator and shield of daybreak.

Personally I think blind is indeed a crowd control effect, and those 3 inconsistent abilities should be fixed to interact with blind the same way the rest of the game does.

Culling should only be interrupted by CC that inhibits your ability to use abilities. Blind is a CC, but not one to affect an ult. So your poll is completely biased.

While similar to a channel, The Culling is interrupted by crowd control effects that prevent declaring auto-attacks - namely: airborne, forced action, entangle, stun, suppression, and polymorph. Note that silence and blind do not affect The Culling. -lol wiki

Culling is actually interrupted by cc that inhibits basic attacks, silence will not break it but entangle will.

So, you are wrong.
