ekko still has no weakness

he's strong all game in 3 lanes, has aoe hard cc and tons of soft cc, he has a huge shield, 4 damaging abilities, 2 blinks and a dash, massive MS, untargetability, and the biggest heal in the game. Seriously this guy beats even irelia in overloaded bullshit. Theres no reason why he should need to slow you AND gain movespeed with his passive. There's also no reason why his W even needs to stun you if it gives him a shield that insanely huge. He needs to completely lose something from his kit or he will never be fair, I think his Passive should no longer slow and his Ult cd should go way up.
