Can we talk about AP alistar ratios?

Yep so OP, that's why its banned every game and when its not its first picked. So OP...

I have played AP ali, doesn't make him op.

If you got a good team, typically AP Ailistar is a wasted slot. I mean that's if you're talking about mid Alistar, or top Alistar. He's only useful for so long til late game where you can have a legit mid laner that has LOW CD's, and stuff. His CD's gimp him, so late game, hes practically a wasted slot.
