It's actually one of the most stale states it has ever been...played some games on the pbe....first game we went singed against GP, sounds interesting....nope, all the gp's just stacked adaptive helm, visage, and maw.....fuck that was boring, it was just a tank up fest, none of the singed on my team could build ap, then game 2, its sivir vs kat....the kats stacked, thornmail, zhonyas, ninja tabi, dead man's....ffs, imo defensive stats should only grant 40% of their normal effectiveness in one for all, or its just a slug fest
