Can LB's clone not steal health pads in ARAM?

There is literally no counter-play to this. Because of her range and no cast time, it is basically incontestable and with its low cd it always is stolen before the intended side can use it. The middle two should be contestable, but the inner ones should be more or less their respected team's unless an enemy dives or the tower falls. But having a clone just appear without any kind of warning on top of it from the other side of the map, even before the first tower falls is really unfair.

How, it is simply using your ult for something in ARAM which is 100% unable to be countered and has a low cooldown. There is not really any kind of strategy here.

"Shadow of the Rose" (the global mimic part of LB's Ultimate) has cooldown 160/140/120. I would hardly call that low cooldown. The quicker cooldown requires LB putting herself in danger if she intends to steal the health pack.

Also, LB in general is rather weak in ARAM. Her spot has been in "top 10 worst aram champions" for a long while already, so if she has some use to be annoying, I would grant it to her.

Lolking's rating for her in "Lowest winrate champion"/"Monthly"/"Howling Abyss"/"Normal" rates her as the worst champion in all four listed regions (NA/EUNE/EUW and KR) and she has been that pretty much every time I have checked that list. She definitely does not need a nerf just for ARAM.

Btw: I am a sucky LB player myself and I don't have any friends who can play LB either, so I think I am pretty darn the most impartial person on the matter. :)

I would not say she is the worst champion wise, but her change made it much harder for players to just simply pick her up and suddenly do amazing. Many struggle with her delayed damage component too. Also, it is ARAM, many players suck at a lot of the champions they end up getting (unless they "cheat" with ARAM accounts) from unfamiliarity. But her clone is mainly a diversion, deals no damage when used, and disappears quickly too.

I am not saying she is the worst ARAM champion, but lolking statistics do. That is why I believe that in general, LB is not a good champion for ARAM team. Assassins in general (especially Akali, LB and Evelynn) don't do too well in Howling Abyss, since flanking is quite difficult there.

From that same lolking "top10" list I personally like one of the champions and even have better than 50% win rate in ARAMs with her (Evelynn), so if I have moderate success with one champion from that top10 list, someone else might actually have big success with LB - however, I haven't seen many successful LBs on Howling Abyss and I have seen some of them (3.5k+ matches must have had some LBs thrown in) but I have vague memories of maybe one or two successful ones. That is why I say there is no need to nerf her further there. She isn't doing too hot in Rift either I think, but that is for another discussion in some other thread.

I would just make her "nerf" be that she can not pick up health pads on Howling Abyss and anywhere else they happen to be (just so we are clear, I mean the ones specifically spawned by the map, not from champions like Bard or whatever). So it would not effect SR at all, and really it does not benefit LB in any personal ways (she does not heal from it and her clone simply has no reason for the heal in the first place). This would only need to effect her long range ult, not the close range one too.
