"High Skill Caps"

Ok sure but why··1 votes·754 views

Jayce You know how when he sets up that one little line on the ground, and immediately shoots his Q at you, and manages to chunk half of your health before jumping in with his other five abilities to finish you off? You can't deny that if you don't have 700 armour, he'll be able to instakill you before 20 minutes with very much ease.

Just... His base damage is massive, and his AD scaling is also massive. He's simply not fun to play against, because his simply does way too much damage against most champs.

A friend picked up Jaycee for the first time and asked me for advice on how to play him. I responded, "play like you can do twice as much damage as you think you should." After his next game his mind was blown because that's exactly how much damage he was doing lol.

That's not what high skill cap means. High skill cap means you can do a lot with him when mastered.

Just because your friend does well with him doesn't mean he doesn't have a high skill cap or he's broken. He just happens to be a noob stomper. League generally designs and alters champions for high level players. Jayce has just over 50 winrate for diamond and up so he's in a good spot right now.

I'm not denying that he's strong right now but you're boosting how strong he really is.

No, everyone who plays Jayce is boosting their ELO.
