Increase dodge punishment on aram.

I'm getting really sick of getting a good Aram champion, not trading with someone, and then people instantly dodging. This is getting ridiculous. Stop being a whiny bitch and just play what you get. It's not hard.

one of the reasons I tend not to play game modes other than SR, people seem to think aram, doom bots, urf, etc, is ranked or something.

I always try to play the games out... but to be fair, I've dodged quite a bit on Aram. Unfortunately my champion pool (which mostly contains of midlane mages....????????????????????? how do I get so much melee??????????) really isn't suited for Aram. My Aram-playing sprees tend to look like this: Poppy Poppy Fiora Poppy Kayle Lucian MasterYi Poppy Fiora Velkoz Velkoz Talon XinZhao Poppy Amumu Viktor (I'm not even joking, I have mastery 4 on poppy simply from aram and I have never. ever picked her once on SR.)

Like c'mon. I own almost every mage and ADC in the game... How can I get so much melee (~~poppy~~) when it's supposed to be all random? Most of the time though I'll just play it out or hope to trade. But two Fiora games or two Poppy games in a row? nononono. no.
