Changes to Taliyah Q to help her out

  1. Using Q on worked earth throws 1/1/2/2/3 stones instead of just one. This way you've actually got incentive to max Q over E.

  2. Using Q on worked earth throws one stone, but refunds half the cooldown.

  3. Using Q on worked earth throws one stone, if that stone hits an enemy champion, it instantly refunds all of the cooldown.

  4. Using Q on worked earth throws one stone, but it pierces.

Taliyah isn't exactly a bad champion, and I know she's only been out for a little while, but I think any one of these changes could really put her in a good spot.

Just gonna throw this out there... 2 and 3 would effectively permaslow with rylai's if those were implemented.

I mean you'd have to continuously get hit by hit for it to permaslow. Also, is this necessarily a bad thing? Zyra Teemo Rumble Ryze Swain Singed Velkoz Orianna NunuMordekaiser Malzahar Karma Fizz Brand Azir AurelionSol Chogath Evelynn

All of them have a permaslow with rylais, and all of them have a way easier time applying it than hitting a small medium range skillshot while standing on a certain part of the map.

Orianna passive doesn't apply spell effects as far as I know, nor can cho, vel, karma, ryze(it's stupidly close though), rumble, zyra, brand, mordekaiser, or malzahar. they have EXTREMELY long slows with ryalai's, but not permanent.

Anyways, I'd like to see her get a refresh on hitting champions when on worked ground, but they do reduced damage each time(single stone damage, 2 stone damage, 3 stone damage etc.

and Worked Ground could grant bonus ap while on it during the last minute of it's duration.

I meant orianna with her Q. It's on a 1.5 second cooldown, plus she's got W. Cho applies with E. Zyra applies with multitude of plants, Rumble with Q and E, Malz with E, Brand with passive, Morde with ult, Karma with W, Vel and Ryze with combos.

Meddler has stated that his current ideas for what he may fix for Q is to lower the duration of worked ground.

I'd rather they didn't do that. I like the idea of worked ground, but I wish it was less about punishing for spamming and more about strategic use of the worked ground. You may lose out on damage for using Q on worked ground, but maybe you gain a piercing stone or a cooldown refund on hit by using it there, ya know?

I feel you, but I understand both sides of it. I can see the benefits of having shorter Worked Grounds, as it also lowers her windows of escape in the event that she becomes too agile.
