I think that a way riot could fix leblanc a bit is to remove some of the damage from her w and rw and put it some into her Q. Because right now LeBlancs max her jump (w) right away because the damage is high and the mobility is great. On most assassins their mobility doesn't really deal damage, its more just for mobility. So if they moved some of the damage from her w into her q people will seriously have to debate if they want more mobility or more assassination potential. This will also get rid of some of her waveclear (personally I don't see why assassins should even have waveclear).

Technically her Q already out damages her W per level. Just saying.

Well, the thing is that if she's maxing her W, she can be punished pretty hard if she uses it to engage and you can manage to avoid the upfront damage of it since it's on a relatively long cooldown until she manages to get a fair amount of CDR/levels in it. And if she's maxing W first, it means that she would most likely have to use it to gapclose on you when you're close enough to take its damage for you to die.
