Removing LDR and bringing back old LW would solve a lot of problems

Of course we'd have to nerf tanks too across the board with ldr removal (i mean they already need nerfs as it is lol), but the game would be better in the end.

Now adc damage would go lower and at the same time, other classes would be able to kill tanks (bruisers and assassins) making it so you're not 100% reliant on the adc late game.

Basically #bring back old LW 2018
