Any upcoming plans to fix stealth?

Just a question, because there is no way to detect Rengar, until you're dead. Evelynn can roam the map, virtually unnoticed. 1 Pink ward per player for 5 total is not enough to be able to "counter" her. She can walk up, kill the visible pink, then return 15 seconds later for a easy, undetected gank.

Are there any plans to look at stealth and possibly give me counterplay options than "stay at turret all game or die?"

ugh, Stealth has been over all nerfed. The pinks are no different than last season, except their slightly cheaper, and replaced ordinary stealth wards.

Rengar is already getting nerfed by increasing the range of his warning.

And honestly, if you just Let Evelynn come back after 15 seconds, without playing a little safer, your just disrespecting her and removing the safety that your vision ward even gave you. But if you actually want to counter her stealth, ward her Jungle camps. They will show you what side of the map she's on, that's useful information.

Warding her jungle camps sounds like a great idea, but there is literally no way I can do that without getting gang banged by the bot lane/jungler/mid lane. Its far too risky to be able to ward her jungle camps, knowing that I can just get jumped on instantly. Yes stealth has been nerfed, but because of the vision changes, there is no way to preemptively detect stealth. All of the "counterplay" tools are reactionary. Pink wards are too easy to detect and clear for them to be a viable option to "counter" stealth.

the problem with Rengar isn't his stealth, it's Rengar himself. even if his ult left him completely visible but retained all of its other effects, what would it really change? he'd still jump on you and one-shot you, you'd just see it coming sooner. it doesn't give you a way to stop it, and i think rengar needs more than just some stealth treatment.

as for Evelynn, i actually came up with an idea earlier that i think would balance her stealth.

If Evelynn enters within the sight radius of an enemy unit while stealthed, but remains undetected, all enemy champions within X units of evelynn will hear her laughing.

this works similar to how you can hear Warwick howl to notify you that he can see you. (and would likely have a similarly huge range) it allows Evelynn to keep her stealth, as it is a core part of her identity, and you still won't be able to see her, but if she wanders past a trinket ward, you would be notified via sound that she is somewhere nearby. it could also potentially help out with her lore, giving the feeling that she's taunting you, playing with you a little before she strikes.

The stealth with Rengar is part of the problem though. If he was visable during the ult, I, as a player, could see him coming, position correctly and get ready to protect my carries. The current Rengar has the element of surprise, I can't see where he is going and I can't play pre-emptively what I'm going to do, all of my counterplay is purely reactionary. If Rengar was visable during his ultimate, Id have much less of a problem with him. He's an assassin, he's supposed to jump on squishies and kill them. That's his job, but its unfair to be able to do that virtually undetected.

That Evelynn idea is a great one! I wouldn't mind that, but I would still like to have more tools at my disposal to help see Evelynn ganks rather than "place a pink and let it die only for her to return x amount of time and kill us" The only counterplay to Evelynn currently is to play passive and stick by tower.

After the immobile mage update is supposed to be the assassins. I would assume they'll deal with it then.

the solution to rengar would be to do like reksai where when he ults you hear the roar globaly so you know somewhere hes comming so you can ajust to it, like nocturne, like reksai, like sion etc
