Are we going to change the meta at some point?

I was expecting preseason and runes reforged to change things, but I keep seeing ADCs that deal sustained burst damage with two ítems, supported by the supports that are better at spamming shields, while mages and tanks are completely useless.

This is basically another season 7, and season 7 was the most boring I have played (I started in season 3, if anyone asked).

Why champions like Twitch are allowed to be overpowered for months without receiving nerfs is beyond my comprhension.

I'm quite tired of the brainless JarvanIV picks..

Or facing a "support" Velkoz that just goes full ap with no sightstone.

I want these champions to make a comeback: Nocturne Shen TahmKench Skarner Zilean (some of these champions don't even get played that often anymore.
