"Having a bad game" only stands up until a point

This is a competitive game and people someone dont have the best of days and they don't play the best. That is true. I get that.

However, there is a big difference between the three factors. The three are:

-Having a bad game -Tilting -And feeding by playing recklessly

Having a bad game is pretty easily distinguishable. They show they are really giving their all by being present for objectives, and having the right mindset, but was just shut down or lost lane and really didn't have the physical capacity to back it up. This is ok, it happens to everyone. But if this happens consistently, maybe it's time to get off league for a bit, or at least off ranked. Your teammates LP is at stake too.

Tilting is commonly misconceived as feeding. The two are entirely different things. Even the best players tilt when you are playing normally, but to them it appears that factors are overwhelmingly against them from all angles, leading to poor mechanics, but usually their mind is straight. They know what to do and try to execute it....but it just..doesn't come out that way. It can happen from being camped, dying in exchanges multiple times but the enemy levels up so they live, etc.

Now playing recklessly people seem to act like it's just a bad game. Not even someone in a bad game is 0/4 at 6 minutes. Remember back in season 2 when being 1/4 at 15 minutes was considered TERRIBLE? You wish. Outcomes of games are very commonly one lane getting so utterly destroyed they end the match somewhere around 3/14. This has a lot to do with the meta, but mostly these people just play recklessly. It's caused by poor mechanics, not learning from your mistakes, and usually is accompanied by an inflatable ego.

If it's 6 minutes and you are 0/4, that's not 4 deaths in 6 minutes. No, thats more than a death a minute. 2 minutes of the game theres not even any combat yet, and when you are dead theres around a 15 second respawn timer, and it takes about 20 seconds to get back to lane. That means you pretty much cant be alive in lane for 30 seconds before you get yourself killed.

I see this all the time, Someone lost lane and then still plays aggressively and digs themselves into a deeper hole. As if the last 3 times of fighting the guy with less items still didn't work out, you think it will next time.

In conclusion, Bad games happen, it does to all of us, but there is a fine line between having a bad game, tilting, and just flat out feeding. Learn the difference and stop pinning the LP loss on us for it.

A bad game can certainly be making bad calls and playing more aggressive or recklessly than you should be.

For the entire game? 20 mins is a long time to have a 'bad game'. Are you saying people are incapable of learning before 20 mins? Especially when pointed out?

It takes some people multiple games to learn certain things about how to play League, including the idea that, if you're behind, you should play conservatively rather than aggressively. That's not the case in all non-League games, and it can be hard to remember, in my experience.
