So let me say, this isnt him being op, but rn, his laning phase where he normally gets bullied, his q is doing alot of damage when combined with scorch and comet (Q usually does 20-25% max hp level 1), Would it be possible that he might sneak into the meta?

Ive been doing pretty consistent with him, while he can lose, what i noticed tho, is alot of ap malph are running aery instead of comet?
