after Worlds they're going to balance Ryze be reverting one thing they nerfed and expect praise

It'll go something like this:

> "Yeah we noticed a little struggle with Ryze so we're going to buff his W from 1 to 1.5s to add a little more power back to the battle mage. Hopefully you guys will like it and please let us know we did a great job!"

If this is how you treat a champion that you can't balance or rather don't want to balance then why don't you just disable him for the duration of Worlds? I hate seeing Ryze picked in Worlds because it only means that there is a developer watching with a huge grudge for the champion. I get that he can be oppressive in the right hands but he still requires a team. In soloQ often times I get one or two good team members but not an entire team. I resort to split pushing but with the recent nerfs W nerfs buying Mercurial Treads is a huge plus. Empowered W goes from 1.05 to .7s with Mercurial Treads. I lost .35/2s off Q passive and Phase Rush.
