And i need item 3111 item 3102 item 3156 just to be able to survive her burst alone?

Why every champion in this game is being nerfed to not one shot but Annie is still allowed to do that?

Have tank initiate properly, then he takes the shot, survives it because he builds MR and HP anyway, then you kill annie easily.

And how do i protect my carries from being flash-one shotted?

She can't 1 shot you. She can 3 combo you. If she flashes, and your carries are standing on top of you..you all deserve what you get.

If she flashes, and your carries are a good distance behind you, you simply stun/knockup/silence/knockback/taunt after she ults.

What champion isn't good when they are ahead?

The OP was saying you need 3 items to withstand a combo. If you have at least 1 MR item, and don't let annie get ahead, then you'll be fine.

In addition, Annie has one of the smallest ranges in the game. She needs to practically stand on top of you to hit those 2 skills. If she flashes into you to kill 1 person, she is effectively trading 1for1 (maybe!) as she has no escape. No one would do that unless you are in bronze.

Also, while you can fire them very close together there is still a small window for interrupt. And that window gets larger when you have to use ult as well
