ModAcademy Kayn1 votesThe only reason I can get from it is that it's because it's not cluttering up things. Karthus already has a pretty big obvious ult, one likely used during the middle of a teamfight, that can audibly clutter key sounds, let alone visually.
Course, that's only my reasoning.
