Can we get a QOL fix to changing secondary runes?

As of right now changing the runes in your secondary tree is super unintuitive.

If you pick two, and then want to change one of them, the top rune is ALWAYS the one that gets booted, regardless of if you clicked the top or bottom secondary.

I just realized after like 3 games I had scorch instead of ultimate hat on , because I clicked on scorch to replace it with transcendence and it got rid of ultimate hat
