Id rather have no scaling base on-hit damage than have to get 35 stacks for Sated
Just keep it 30 base damage, no extra damage per stack, it's bad enough it encourages afk farming.

it doesn't encourage afk farming, it encourages stealing jungle :p
Interesting idea, .. what if the stack limit was increased and jungle camps on the opposite side of the river gave 2 stacks? I might consider that worth it.
