Nobody should have so much mobility/tankiness/cc/damage in their kit. At least leblanc(as much as I hate her) lacks tankiness and cc to somewhat balance out her retarded mobility/damage so why the hell does Riven get it all? In fact the only thing Riven DOESN'T have is mixed damage
IcyPepper3 votesI don't understand why she can't just have a resource and/or meaningful cooldowns. One of the most popular builds is building cooldown reduction. And I don't think her shield should scale off AD, rather it should be HP or something meaningful. Promote some off-builds or something, make bruiser Riven who has to build a little tanky to be tanky a thing. Nobody should build glass cannon and be rewarded with it, or pidgeon-holed into one and only one stat.
And an aa steroid on her passive? Really? I thought building AD already made your aa strong as is.

stomped ur ass1 votesRiven is strong, but she's not as strong as you think she is. Sure, she is really annoying to lane against because she can really punish someone for making a mistake. She is also annoying to play against when she is ahead, but that applies to any champ that gets ahead.
I don't think she needs a nerf. She is just a strong champ that--when played correctly-- can be annoying.
Same thing for LeBlanc. Just like BluePolarizer stated, She is a champion that can instant burst and escape with no problem. Sure, this seems really "broken" and OP, but that is only when she is ahead. A Leblanc that suffers thru the laning phase will not be problematic--or shouldn't be.
Idk. I guess what I'm trying to get at is that these champions are really strong and annoying if they are ahead or played correctly.

Riven on the other hand has everything in her kit with little to no downside to it. Like tombdragon said she builds glass cannon and is rewarded with a retardedly high low cd shield that scales off her AD. People cried Yasuo was over loaded when he was new and Riven has more in her kit than him.

Why does she get SO much into each one of her skills? All she has to do is build pure ad and she gets everything handed to her off of one stat.

Yeah, I understand. I find her annoying to play against too. I don't know, it does seem as if she has a lot things going on for her. I'm just not sure if she needs a nerf.
dEAdbUs1 votesIf any champion gets ahead it's ok. If Riven gets ahead - you're doomed. LB is a same story. But LB get nerfs in last patches, while Riven didn't.
This whole thing is about situation when champion played right and correctly. If champion OP in good hands this means this champion is OP. Difficult to learn champion shouldn't mean that champion can be stronger than others because of his diffuculty. It must be on same power level as easy to play champion.
Most difference between LB and Riven, that after losing lane LB won't back while Riven can back in any time.
