Igglet1 votesIt's not. Read through other posts. Mallet was already nerfed. I'd explain all the things bad with Rylai's but there's around 10 threads on the hot page.

Igglet1 votesAnd the passive isn't broken, Rylai gives utility to champions that shouldn't have it, and some champions are literally impossible to balance because of it. Not to be rude but if you think you know better than everyone in the world, including Riot (who have openly admitted Rylai's is in a very bad state) and people who are much higher elo than you, then why hasn't Riot hired you already?
