Ekko needs straight up nerfs not buffs to ap scaling

You've buffed AP ekko so much that hes worse than ever before. Now he STILL runs tank but he has dark seal and trinity force and kills people even fucking quicker.

The mobility is the problem. He's a fucking octopus. He squeezes out no matter what you do to catch him because of the low cooldown dash and an 80% movement speed boost on his passive.

How can you not see his passive as a problem? an 80% movement speed boost, the highest damage passive in the game, and the highest slow passive in the game, on one passive? It's not even hard to proc, you just E and Q and you have the three stacks.
