Can we fix the mobility + CC interaction?

You know, the one where if a Blitz hooks you and you're playing Ez, Trist or anyone with mobility and are entirely immune to it? Kind of stupid.

Any mobility spell that has a cast time works like that. Ez E, Trist W, Kat E, Liss E, so on.

Tristana's is also capable of doing it, though the timing on it is much trickier. There is, however, a bug that Riven / Vayne / a ton of other champions have atm that can cancel CC, look up Adrian Riven talking about it. I'm not sure what he's referring to, though.

Ez / Tristana's interaction is old school. The bug I just mentioned is very new.
