Yeah fuck Veigar,he's SO boring to play in OFA lol I really really don't care if he is considered as strong because his E feels like it takes a century to use so he is easily countered in OFA,its also incredibly easy to walk out of his E. People like to vote for him in OFA but he still sucks despite dealing good damage.

If you have problems with Vei in any rank, you probably don't deserve to graduate to higher MMR.

Veigar is one of the champions that has very large, very abusable windows at every point in the game.

He is one of the slowest champions on the roster with no bonus mobility outside of summoner spells, he has long animations and CDs until late mid-game and he has abysmal hp with no defensive stats to speak of.

Unless Vei has 2 or 3 teammates playing around him constantly; The only issue is how well he scales into very late game, when he's had time to farm and itemize. And if you let the game go that far, you probably deserve to lose.

Veigar is a relatively easy champ to counter with the right champ, if your playing a champ that cant get around his attacks and cant take them, dont play as that champ, his attacks can be destructive to HP if your not a tank, and he is capable of getting away with E for a small amount of time. But with that he has horrible cons to his character that i find are the reason i die the most.

His mobility is his killer, he cant run away and can be caught up with and killed if his HP or mana is low. Champs like Brand and War are great for getting hits on a running Veigar and id recommend them.
His range is bland and basic, for a mage his range is pretty bad, im talking about his Q and R, his Q is good when its maxed and has an AP backing, but if he isnt within range its useless and means his W and E are VERY unlikely to hit, which means he rely on his basic attack and his Q which doesnt have good range. You can easily avoid attacks if your a range champ, but a close range can easily deal good damage to him.
His health and armor is just as expected from a mage.
