Having stuttering in frames that I didn't have beforee

Every 3 to 5 seconds, my frames just magically drop by 15 or 20 and it stutters the game play.

And, every like 1 and a half or 2 seconds the game feels like it's constantly stuttering. If I camera lock on my champion and run next to minions, the minions look like there stutter stepping 25 units.

It's really fucking annoying, because I didn't have any of this before. I haven't changed anything about my system. 2 weeks ago I had constant frames of 144 in the early game, and 95+ later on. Which was fine, because they were constant. But this stuttering shit is annoying.

make sure you are running in-game client with your graphics processor (NVIDIA, AMD, etc) instead of your integrated graphics processor (intel). my frames where pretty low around 30-40 until i did some research and found out my computer was using integrated for some reason after switching back to my NVIDIA i got my 160-200frames back.

note: you will get better performance if your launcher DOES in fact use integrated since it doesn't matter so much.

TL;DR you want ingame client to use your graphics processor.

if you use NVIDIA you can right click on league laucnher and select "run with graphics proc..." then "choose default" then "add a new program" to customize and do it that way.
