Bots in Ranked

Yep. I've had at least two bots in ranked games this season. Both of them jungle who farm the entire game, ignore enemies, allies, and objectives.

And I am not talking about afk farmers. I can tell by the way they behave in game. It isn't human. No pings, no chat, nothing. They just mechanically rotate from one allied camp to the next unless there is nothing to farm and then they just afk at base.
