No 'normals' on Twisted Treeline?? (I'm on the OCE Server)

So I really wanted to distance myself from the chaos of SR by playing some blind pick normal Twisted Treeline only to find that the only option is '3v3 Ranked Flex'? Is this something timely that I'm oblivious to? Or is it just a server thing?

Cuz if it's a server thing I'm switching servers to one that has actual normal blind Twisted Treeline
