Why is jayce allowed to have that amount of power in his kit
's combo is a problem at all stages of the game his successive buffs he got last seasons guranteeed that if he lands his melee combo which cant be dodged or anything he will take half your health off IF you're lucky.
Why? Most champs have that kind of power attached to a high cd and some champs don't have that kind of power at all, not to mention is combo having cc tied to it making approaching him a complete no go. Like he's listed as a fighter but all he does is walk around like goddamn Saitama.
