Now that all the fairweather Zoe mains are freaking out on /r/zoemains, it sounds like she's a bit overbearing again.
So, how's she doing? Really don't want to go through another patch where I never get to play her because she's permaban. : /
Doctor Jarvis3 votesZoe's probably just going to always be one of those champions that people hate in League, especially at lower elos, like Yasuo, Zed, Tryndamere, etc, because her play pattern, while predictable and fine to play around, can and will f*ck you up if you misplay.

Onotori1 votesMost skillshots aren't telegraphed a second or more though, so you have to be kind of blind / bad to get hit by Zoe.
Doctor Jarvis1 votesIf it was too difficult to hit no one would play Zoe. Eventually she'll hit you, not because you played badly, but because she played well. Its the same with every skill shot. Blitz hits hooks on even wary players, as does Illaoi, as does every champion.

When Root hits you, the rest of her combo follows and you need 3 things to block her root.
Lands stun combo you are dead if you are a squishy
Flash ult and full combo you are dead if you are a squishy
Lands R you are dead, gets close enough to Q you and you are dead as well.
Lands charm she can kill you with hier ult and combo
Can burst you down if she gets ult off on you
Theres no real difference between them and Zoe except everything but Zoe's W is blocked by minions, Zoe's has a wind up and if she can successfully land a bubble into long range Q combo it should blow you up/do a nice chunk of damage just like everyone elses.

She is about as good as any other mage imo now.
